We can test a variety of measures including:
Body composition - how much of you is muscle?
Blood pressure - how hard could you push yourself?
Resting heart rate - how young are you, really?
Heart recovery rate - how fit are you?
VO2max - how much oxygen do you burn?
Strength - what can your body do?
Balance - how steady are you?
After getting a set of fitness tests, we can decide your goals, develop a programme and work through it together, re-testing at regular intervals and progress the programme to higher levels.
We can work in a gym, in a park or at home.
Sometimes all we need to get fitter is someone to share the journey with. No more unfulfilled New Year's Resolutions!
It's much more fun to train with a group of people than on your own. Perhaps you and some friends want to take fitness seriously together. Fantastic! It's also more affordable.
